Hey. About to make lunch and we accept left over sausages from last nighttime. Is it safe to consume these in a toasted sandwich without recooking them? They have been kept in the fridge and are skilful quality sausages (our own cows frozen since butchering). I dont know a lot about cooking.
    Thankyou.

I eat cold beef all the time... just since you're putting yours in a toasted sandwich, just make sure its re heated to the correct temperature and heated all the fashion through (75deg c or hotter is the mostly accepted guideline) first.

I never reheat meat especially chicken. It has an odd flavor.

reheated chicken nearly never works properly but it'south rubber to eat.

cold meats (chicken/beefiness/fish/lamb/pork in any cutting) are fine as long as it'due south no older than 3 days old. anything older than that is looked upon with suspicion in my refrigerator.
